We are looking for experienced ERP business analysts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present demo for customers
- Conduct and document ROI analyis as required
- Conduct analysis of business functions in customer and internal projects
- Prepare business and software requirements and generate necessary documentation
- Prepare and present PoC environments for customers
- Install, configure and customize software platform which complies with requirements
- Test environments, solutions and developments
- Prepare scenarios for user acceptance tests (UAT)
- Schedule, coordinate, follow, execute and document User Acceptance Tests
- Train key and end users
- Preperation and migration of required data
- Solve escalated support tickets
- Inform responsibles about the incidents
- Provide feedback for the improvement of processes, systems and applications
- To ensure the confidentiality of the information disclosed to him/her
- Precisely report efforts with timesheets
Qualifications
- BS degree on a related field
- Have a very good command of English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ERP knowledge (Odoo experience is plus)
